The Busy Challenge!

How many times a week do you catch yourself saying "IM BUSY!" probably more then once....and what kind of emotions come up for you when you say that?

definitions of "Busy" from;

1.actively and attentively engaged in work or a pastime:

busy with her work.

2.not at leisure; otherwise engaged:

He couldn't see any visitors because he was busy.

3.full of or characterized by activity:

a busy life.

4.(of a telephone line) in use by a party or parties and not immediatelyaccessible.

5.officious; meddlesome; prying.

6.ornate, disparate, or clashing in design or colors; cluttered with small,unharmonious details; fussy: do any of those definitions represent productive ...!!!! so why do we use this word to define our lives so often??? Being busy does not make us more successful or highly respected...being busy drains us of our best potential wear away at your passion until you get sick or break down.


for one week, 7 Days starting from when you first read this, work on replacing the word busy with a more positive loving word to inspire you to keep going!

When we start using words that positively reflect how we want our lives to be on a daily basis, you will start to notice the flow and enjoyment of all the wonderful tasks your lucky to be able to do throughout the day!! Always remember everything is a choice! We may not chose that we have to pay bills or taxes however we can choose how we make our money to pay for those things and we can choose our attitude towards the money we make however we make it to being full of gratitude for that income to provide us the beautiful supported life we live, We can chose how we spend our time to be the most efficient for us to live our lives to our highest potential! I know that there is a lot to do in a day, I also know that everything will get done one step at a time, one check mark at a time, one breath at a time. Remember that every action has a reaction and the intention you put into your daily routine with be the outcome that exists throughout your life!
