Honey and Coconut


Honey and Coconut are 2 of my favourite ingredients to cook with and use to naturally heal and nourish my body!!!

Benefits of Honey:

Benefits of Coconut:

-Lowers Chloestreal

-Weight Loss Aid

-Better Brain Function

-Moisturizes Skin

-Kills Bacteria, Viruses and Fungi

Here are a few ways you can use Honey and Coconut oil in your life!!

Hair Mask

1 tbsp of each

mix together on wet or dry hair and leave on for upto an hour

Cough Syrup

3 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

heat on low heat and have a spoonful or place a spoonful in hot tea for immediate relief!

Face Mask

1 tbsp of each

mix together and cover face for 20 min then rinse with warm water!

Honey Cinnamon Coco butter

1 cup coconut oil

¼ cup honey

2 tsp cinnamon

Put in a food processor for under a minute and then place in a jar to use as a spread at your convenience!!!
