It is safe to say that 2020 has been a little chaotic, to say the least. And although our holiday season may look a little different this year, that doesn't mean we can't spread holiday cheer. That's right, even though the holiday may appear a little less social, we are going old school and sharing the joy of the holidays.
What is Project: Holiday Happiness? It is a campaign to help us share the holiday spirit with those who may not be able to be with loved ones this season. As we know, long-term care homes are being extra diligent with keeping their members safe, and some members may not be able to see their loved ones during the holiday. We are sending out personalized holiday cards to those in care homes and facilities.
This simple act can make someone's holiday a little brighter, and it is so easy to join! Visit livewithlove.ca/holidayhappiness and complete the form. Once completed, we will send you a resident's name and mailing address, and you can send a card with a message by mail.
This holiday let's try and make the season extra bright! By spreading holiday cheer, we can help those who may be alone this holiday feel like love and warmth this season is truly about.
