Tea has been around for millenniums, and that is not an exaggeration! Used in ancient medicinal practices since the beginning of time, there are many reasons why tea is so beloved.



As you know, tea is numerous health benefits. From being loaded with antioxidants to aiding in heart health, sipping on a cuppa is great for your overall wellbeing. Here are some of our favorite facts about the timeless beverage:


Less Caffeine Than Coffee - Tea is known to have less caffeine, which is a great choice in the AM when you need a boost without the jitters.


Some have NO caffeine - having a cup of tea before bed is not just soothing, but good for you! Herbal blends like chamomile and valerian root help promote relaxation and can help you get a better night of rest.


Cancer Fighter - Drinking tea can help protect you against certain types of cancer. One cup a day is all you need!
